Details
From reporter:
Passing along a bug we found (or suggested improvement) in Firefox when installing an add-on, where it is possible for the user to stack multiple add add-on confirmation prompts for the same add-on on the screen.
For example:
1. Visit https://ext.ask.com/index.jhtml
2. Click the "Start Download" button
3. Click the "Allow" button in the permissions prompt
4. While the Add add-on confirmation prompt is displayed, repeat step 2 and 3
At this point, there will be two Add add-on confirmation prompts displayed (visually stacked on each other). Clicking "Add" or "Cancel" will process the top-most prompt, and original one will be visible.
It may make sense to limit the add-on installation flow (starting at the "Allow" permissions prompt) to one active instance per unique add-on.
