User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:66.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/66.0 Steps to reproduce: Click and drag on the new tab button to open a container tab. To clarify: hold the mouse button down as you move the mouse from new tab button to container button. Extra note: I do this because it bypasses the static hold delay, I'm surprised no one else has noticed it yet. Actual results: A container tab opens alongside a normal tab Expected results: A container tab opens
