[FEATURE] Make Toolbar Grippies Sizable

Presently, grippies are about as narrow as the Windows 4.x ones. I'd like to see
wider, prettier grippies such as those on the Macintosh versions of 4.x.
Unfortunately there seems to be no way to increase the width of grippies, they
ignore adjucements made to the "width" property.
If this functionality is not offered, another solution would be to change the
default width from 10px wide (which I believe it is at the moment) to 12px
(which it should be to look like the 4.x/Mac ones)
