User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0 Steps to reproduce: I open a website and view it. Then i press design mode and resize the window. Then i adjust the css and save the file. I reload the page while in design mode. Changes are not there, The moment i leave design mode and go back into design mode the changes are there. It happens in FF 64.0 and Latest developer edition. If i go back to the previous version the problem does not occur. Actual results: CSS changes are not loaded on reload of page in design mode. Expected results: It should reload the css as well. This is not workable anymore. I switched to chrome for development. Tested on various computers in various countries. Asked other users to test the issue. All with similar results.
