Steps to reproduce: 1. macOS Mojave with "Appearance: Dark" selected (in "System Preferences > General > Appearance"). 2. Firefox Nightly with either the "Default" theme or the "Dark" theme enabled. (Both seem to use the "Dark" theme.) 3. Right click any part of the tabs or main toolbar, or web content. Expected result: The context menu uses a dark theme, similar to what is used by the system UI, Finder, Safari, VS Code, and other applications. Actual result: The context menu uses a light theme, similar to what is used by the system UI and other applications when "Appearance: Light" is selected. (Sorry if this is a duplicate, I ran a few searches but couldn't find a bug.) For the record, I've looked at what Safari does for Web content, which can have a white or light background: they do use the dark context menus anyway. I’m also noticing that Nightly is using a "Light" UI for other parts, such as the application's title bar which appears in fullscreen mode or when ticking "Title Bar" in Customize.

Fairly sure this is an issue in the widget implementation for platform context menus, so moving there.
