151725 - Text overlaps itself or disappears entirely with certain window sizes

In the 1.1 alpha build, I'm getting consistent and widespread text overlapping
and disappearance when resizing the browser window width or even when loading
new pages.  I can not reproduce this behavior in 1.0.

Text overlaps itself or completely disappears in some cases.  It happens on a
very large number of pages.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. To reproduce most easily, make sure that in Windows that "show window
contents while dragging" is turned on.  To do this, right-click the desktop,
choose the "effects" tab and makes sure the aforementioned checkbox is selected.
2.  Load the URL:  http://futureboy.homeip.net/frinkdocs/whatsnew.html
3.  Slowly reduce the width of the browser window, watching text especially the
highlighted "download the" words in "download the latest version of Frink"
overlap and, occasionally the word "download" disappears entirely.

This is also seen in the section labeled:
2002-06-09:  

Look at the text "a.push[x]" as the window is rescaled.  It overlaps itself or
everything but "x]" disappears.

Actual Results:  Text often disappears in a variety of both paragraph text and
hyperlinks.

This indicates a major regression in the layout engine, and in several cases
causes text to completely disappear, giving dataloss.

I also see this sort of thong at frontpage.com 
highlighting senteces as you ead caues very bizarre effects.

Seems like a duplicate of 148399, which now has a patch checked in.

Thanks for the information.  Bug 148399 does appear to be the same bug, and I
can no longer reproduce this bug with nightly build 2002061408.
