In addition to adding a label/description to snippets (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1517330), we would like to add more details to the Snippets area in the Preference menu.
1) Ability to link to FAQ under "How it works" (we will need to build out the FAQ, which can live in SUMO)
2) Ability to turn off "sponsored snippets" as we continue to experiment with more content around this
