Details

When I load Mozilla, it now always starts on the primary monitor and I'm then forced to move it to my secondary monitor. Preleases prior to 1.0 would start on the secondary monitor where I last closed the browser. Both 1.0 and 1.1a share this problem. I always maximize the browser window, but it start maximized on the other monitor. My guess is that it's seeing an out of bounds location and defaulting, but I haven't tried closing the browser with a small window on the second monitor so I can't be sure on that.
