151829 - Button 'Quote' when composing mail

I am used to NS 4.74 and Messenger that came with it. I am using button 'Quote'
a lot, so I find it wierd that it is not included in Mozilla.
In my opinion it would be nice to have it, because that is one of the major
things that stops me from using Mozilla mail program.

This is a dup of bug 70478.

If you use a nigthly build, under the menu option, you will find an item "quote
message" for quoting currently selected message. We don't plane to have a button
for this. This feature is not yet available in Netscape 7PR1 or Mozilla 1.0
