Not a dup of Bug 1517409 but an extension.

This should add the amount of bytes that have been allocated from the GC heap.

See Bug 1517409 Comment 23. This has been separated until after we have a way of knowing which arenas were allocated during a GC. Which may require something like Bug 1508327 (but not that exactly) first.
