Occasionally (usually when a new browser window is opened), I am unable to enter
any text into any textboxes.  This includes textboxes on the page as well as the
location bar. 


Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new Mozilla window by clicking on the quick launch icon
2. Select the URL by double-clicking on the location bar
3. Try to type in a new URL, or try to enter text into any textboxes on the page

Actual Results:  Typing in text doesn't do anything.  The blinking text cursor
is not displayed.


Expected Results:  I should be able to type stuff into textboxes!

This happens frequently enough, but not always (maybe once every 10 times a new
browser window is opened?).  When this happens, if I go back to an existing
browser window that is working normally and click on a textbox (so that the
blinking cursor appears), and then launch a new window, the problem tends to go
away.  On the other hand, once this happens, just closing the problematic window
and re-launching a new window never fixes the problem.
