Wolasi mentioned that we want to implement this such that the title color changes when the mouse is hovered anywhere over the entire item, not just when it's hovered over the title itself.

Test steps :

Looks good to me. Title color changes when the mouse is hovered anywhere over the entire item, not just when it's hovered over the title itself.
