Bug 1518490 measures load times of Windows DLLs and submits them with the Untrusted Modules ping.
This information could be a helpful addition to the general Modules ping as well, to capture load times of all DLLs, even "trusted" ones.

The implementation of the modules ping happened in Core::General, moving this bug there too.

Just getting this out of core:general, which is like firefox:general, a general place to start.

I believe this task has been completed. The current “third-party-modules” ping includes processUptimeMS
and loadDurationMS
.
