This is TBD, we may want to display an advance warning to users (doorhanger? click-to-play UX note with a link to SUMO?) about Flash's imminent demise.
Romain, this feels like a decision Product needs to make.

The current thinking (decision still TBC with UX) is to remove the “Remember this decision” checkbox from the Flash door hanger so Firefox will prompt for each site every session.
This change does not require pre-warning users whereas disabling the flash plug-in may have needed this.
