[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Go to https://vimeo.com/watch
2. Click on any video from the listed ones
3. The video playback is blocked - the blocked icon appears in the URL bar as well as the "Automatically played video with sound - blocked" status under Permissions
4. Refresh the page

[Expected]:
The blocked icon and info under permissions should be displayed as described in step 3.

[Actual Results]:
The blocked icon and blocked status on the Site Information panel is not displayed anymore.

Alastor, can you triage this? I'm not familiar anymore how this should work to say whether this is a bug anymore.

I know "Blocked" usually refers to a persistent permission (as opposed to "Temporarily Blocked"), but autoplay may not follow this strictly?

I will mark thig bug as invaild because the block icon would only show when website requires autoplay but we reject it.

When you refresh the page, the page acutally doesn't require autoplay again, so there won't have any block icon. Vimeo only starts autoplay when the first time you click the video from the https://vimeo.com/watch. Refreshing page won't make it trigger autoplay.
