When visiting https://sp.secfedbank.com/, a generic "secure connection failed" message appears in Firefox, but not in other browsers.

No info is given on that page as to the actual failure, so I took a networking log, but I'm not sure how to parse it (or whether it gives any info on the actual failure). I'll attach said log here in case it helps.

Is it possible that we do not support the Cipher suites of the server and the server just resets the connection ?

I got a reply from a Networking / Systems engineer:

As we are migrating it now to a newer version (of IIS) I anticipate the old version to be shut down and any bugs to be resolved.
