User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0
Steps to reproduce:
1- Download a file (e.g. https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads).
2- Cancel the download.
3- Download the same file by clicking on the file's link.
4- Click on "Clear Downloads" in the Library
Actual results:
The file has been deleted.
Expected results:
The file not being deleted.

Yes, it seems to be the same bug, which is P2 because it's something we may want to look into when possible.
