ATM Perfherder doesn't have the ability to retrigger&backfill. Perf sheriffs do that from Treeherder.
We need to bring this feature directly into Perfherder, in all its views. That is the Graphs/Compare/Alerts view.

This feature will speed up training time for newcomers, as they won't need to learn to use Treeherder.
