I can't seem to find the regression for this build, because on Ubuntu the builds somewhere between 2018-06-25 and 2019 don't want to open if I download them .
I can't use regression because every time I restart the browser, it updates and the results I get are not correct.
I will leave this need info on myself. I will to find if this is a regression soon.

I tried to reproduce the issue the latest Nightly 67.0a1 and beta 66.0b4, but I can't seem to manage to do that.
After that I tried to reproduce the issue on the build I first discovered the issue on, I couldn't reproduce it anymore. Considering all of these I will take out the flags for needinfo and regressionwindow-wanted.
