We don't have this process hang monitor hooked up in GeckoView child processes. I think this means we won't get slow script detection along with some other nice things. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1493225#c45

I tested this by manually applying this patch locally, and my patch in bug 1493225 works for GeckoView now. Thanks for the fix!
