Hi, i tried to set .wsz to open with winamp directly, i just tried downloading
one, set it to open with winamp, and removed the checkbox that says to always
ask.. that one opened well, but then I tried to open another one, but instead of
opening with winamp, it opened a window to save the file... then I went to to
Preferences>Helper applications, reset everything, and opened one again, and set
it to open with winamp.. this time, it worked well the second time I tried to
open a file.. so it seems that this is a bug that doesn't always affect.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to go to winamp.com/skins
2. Download a skin, and set it to open with winamp, and remove the checkbox to
always ask before opening
3. Download that file.. it opens well
4. Then try to open another one... this does not always work

Actual Results:  Displayed a window to save the file

Expected Results:  Opened it with winamp

.wsz is a compressed winamp skin.. it should be set to open with winamp
immediately, and not save

This is broken and has been for ages...  it remembers not to ask, but does not
remember what to do.
