When typing Hebrew text in composer, the text appears initially as rtl until the
document is saved (then it appears ok).


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open composer
2. start typeing Hebrew text
3. see that it is ltr
4. file-- save as charset- iso-8859-8-i and save
5. notice that the text displays ok
6. go back to source view- notice that no dir was added- only a meta tag

Actual Results:  until the save- text is reversed

Expected Results:  test should be ok from the begining

This works OK in W2K. Moving to intl and cc-ing shanjian, because this looks
more like a locale/charset issue than a Bidi issue.

if you first save the file as hebrew then it should be fine.

or if your default charset is hebrew it should be fine.

There is another solution:
1) Write a sentence in hebrew, notice he is Left aligned (LTR)
2) Press enter
3) Write abother sentence, notice that the 1st sentence is now aligned to right
(RTL) but the second not

what a hack. I have not touch mozilla code for 2 years. I didn't read these bugs
for 2 years. And they are still there. Just close them as won't fix to clean up.

This seems to be WORKSFORME now (at least on XP). Please reopen if you still see
the bug.
