Add a new keyboard accessory view that appears above the keyboard when typing in the URL bar.
This new accessory view will have a QRCode icon, a "@" icon which inserts a "@" into the urlbar and shows the new shortcuts. The remaining whitespace will show whatever is in the clipboard.
Along with this bug
- Remove the QR code button from the right of the URLbar
- Remove pasteboard toast? (check with Bryan)
