Now try to get back up to the top of the page.

Scrolling to top can be done easily by double-tapping on the iOS status bar placed in the topmost part of the screen.

Fine, but then there's no way to get to the bottom of the page. That's because the scrollbar blob is too tiny to grab onto.

In fact, due to the defective scrollbar blob, the only way to move around the page is to scroll with your finger over and over. Let's say you want to go down 80% to the bottom of the page, well there will be a lot of finger work.

Also, iOS 13 includes a feature to grab the scrollbar and quickly move to the bottom.

I agree with Peter here, the functionality for quickly moving up and down the page quickly is already implemented in iOS natively, so this problem doesn't really seem relevent anymore. I suggest this bug be closed.
