QA completed testing of this feature and we'd like to let it ride the trains along with the new certificate error pages, presumably that is in 66.

Adding a release note for Beta 66: "Certificate error pages now explain when anti-virus software attempts to MITM Firefox" Johann, please let me know if you would like to change the wording or if you have anything like a blog post or SUMO page for me to link to.

I should do a blog post with Romain, yeah, but I'm so busy I don't know if it'll be on time for 66...
Thanks!
