We currently use firefox-puppeteer to control the browser window. There are several issues with firefox-puppeteer and the way that we are using it. The operations that we rely on for testing Firefox client telemetry are all supported by marionette by now, which means we can remove firefox-puppeteer and see if that helps with the intermittent failures.
