Bug 1515685 converted the gear menu to the photon styles, but it now has some margin-inline-end which is knocking it out of line with the search bar and cards.

Verified as fixed on Windows10x64 and macOS 10.13.6 using ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2019/01/2019-01-27-21-34-38-mozilla-central/ and latest Nightly.
Also, I can confirm that I reproduced the issue on previous builds without the fix.
