The right-click menu on personal toolbar bookmarks doesn't include an option to
open the link in a new tab on the tab bar. This is dumb, since I want to do this
about a million times a day.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. turn on tabbed browsing
2. turn on the personal toolbar
3. try and launch a new tab from the personal toolbar right-click menu

Expected Results:  You should be able to launch a new tab from the personal toolbar
