152191 - Image blocking based on image size

Right now, images can be blocked in Mozilla based on domain. There is a RFE to
add Pattern-matching based image blocking
(http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78104). The independant project
BannerBlind by Fabricio Campos Zuardi (http://bannerblind.mozdev.org/) adds the
ability to hide images of certain dimentions via user style sheets. With
BannerBlind, the images are downloaded, and then hidden from view.

It would be great to be able to stop Moz from downloading images of certain
dimentions. This would help fight webbugs, banners, etc.

The Mac browser iCab has this ability.

Are you looking to implement this as a GUI pref like with iCab or BannerBlind? 
Alternatively, you can currently block the images by using
profile.slt/chrome/userContent.css with the following lines:

img[width="1"][height="1"] { display: none !important; }    /* stops web bugs */
img[width="60"][height="468"] { display: none !important; } /* stops vert ads */
img[width="468"][height="60"] { display: none !important; } /* stops horz ads */

Caveat: these filters only work if the <img> element has "width" and "height"
defined.  If the source is <img src="foo.gif">, the image will _not_ get blocked.

If you still want the image to download but not display use { visibility:
hidden; } instead.
