this bug report is next to useless change summary, add url, and set bug dependency NG Url should have port number snews://secnews.netscape.com/netscape.netscape7.windows -> snews://secnews.netscape.com:563/netscape.netscape7.windows

http://www.mozilla.org/start/1.0/faq/enduser.html removed and http://www.mozilla.org/start/1.0/support.html updated reporter, note that the newsgroups are hosted on a secure Netscape server. To access them with Mozilla, you need to install Personal Security Manager (PSM) when you install Mozilla. -> fixed
