This file was created when migrating from MozTrap to Selenium. It fell out of date even before it was first written, which has been partially fixed by bug 1520355, but it would be good to audit the steps still in the file to see what is already covered by Selenium tests, convert whatever remains that can be covered to Selenium tests, and eventually delete this document when it's all covered by Selenium tests.

Let's put this in the bucket for 2019H2 consideration. Moving to P3.
