Details

We currently have 15 Motog5 and 5 Pixel2 devices assigned to the perftest pools. With the addition of tp6m-1, we are not keeping up for the Pixel2 arm7 and aarch64 builds on mozilla-central, autoland, and mozilla-inbound though it appears we are doing ok for the Motog5s.

We have 28 Pixel2 devices assigned to the unit test pool. We could move 5 Pixel2s from the unit test pool to the perf test pool and hopefully alleviate this capacity issue while reducing our ability to run unit tests on Pixel2.

igoldan: Adding new devices to the perf pool would probably increase the variance in the Pixel2 perf tests since a larger pool of devices would be executing them. Unless you have any objections, I'll make the move later today.

I've gone ahead and moved pixel2-{24,25,31,32,33} to the mozilla-perftest-p2 device group which runs the raptor tests on pixel2. Unfortunately I was not able to have a clean zero jobs pending before making this change.
