STR:
- In bugzilla, turn on flex overlay for div.inner
- Turn picker on and hover over Browse label
The infobar will appear overlapped by the bottom edge of the Flex Container outline. Instead, the infobar should always be on top.

Hi vaishnavipamulapati. Do you still intend to work on this bug? If so, no problem at all if you need more time. But I prefer to ask just in case you do not have time anymore, in which case we can make this bug unassigned again so other people can pick it up.

Does this bug still need to be addressed? The black infobar always seems to be on top of the purple flex container for me using the steps described. Testing from MacOS Mojave 10.14.5 on :
- Firefox 68.0.1 (64-bit),
- Firefox Developer Edition 69.0b16 (64-bit),
- Nightly 70.0a1 (2019-08-11) (64-bit).
