User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0
Steps to reproduce:
Installed Firefox Nightly.
Go to settings.
Set "Homepage and new windows" to "Blank Page".
Set "New tabs" to "Blank Page".
Open "New Private Window".
Actual results:
Despite the selected setting, "Blank Page", the page is in fact not blank.
It contains logotype, input fields, pictures, and text paragraphs.
Expected results:
The opened tab/window should be blank as selected in the setting "Blank Page".
The setting should be renamed from "Blank Page" to "Search Page" or "Let's Pretend it's a Blank Page" (a little bit of humour goes a long way).
