Redraw of main screen after Print Preview Close includes unwanted Personal Toolbar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. From the View -> Show/Hide -> unselect the Personal Toolbar option. The
toolbar disappears: OK.
2. Now go to any webpage. 
3. Do File -> Print Preview: OK. 
4. Now click on the Close button in the new window that pops up: OK.
5. ERROR happens here.
6. Now go back to View -> Show/Hide -> and click Personal Toolbar.
7. Personal Toolbar disappears, hmmm...

Actual Results:  The Personal Toolbar re-appears in the main window: oops.

After/while doing 6 and 7: the menu item is in its unselected state. And the
toolbar disappears as if the menu item was selected initially and is now
unselected, but it was unselected the whole time...

Expected Results:  Should have kept Personal Toolbar hidden.


I think that the solution might be a simple if statement checking Preference
state of that option when redraw is done in the main window after print preview.
But I wouldn't know as I haven't looked at the code...
