glean is sending a bunch of headers with each ping upload, including a Date header that can be used to compute the clock skew on the server side.
We should add these headers to the glean docs, here: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/android-components/blob/master/components/service/glean/docs/pings.md#ping-submission
