152297 - Refresh cookie list feature

During developement sometimes you need to delete a cookie or to watch it.
You can do it with Cookie manager. However each time you have to go to menu
select tools->cookie manager->manage stored cookies. It is because
there is no "refresh" or automatic refresh in Manage stored cookies dialog.
This is dialog is not modal, so why not having such useful option.

It would be far more useful if that dialog would update automatically as new
cookies are stored, changed or removed, at least imho.

These diffs (from version MOZILLA_1_1_RELEASE) implements the "Refresh Cookie
List" button.

This enhancement has been reported at bug #169144.
