When opening a new Browser session from Win2k (New program instance),
periodically, the browser will not accept keyboard input. I select the URL in
the address box and try to type, but nothing happens. NumLock and Caps Lock
work. When I close the browser, and reopen it, it usually works. This occurs on
the second instance or more of the application. Bookmarks still appear to work.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have another Browser instance running.
2.Open a new instance.
3.Select the contents of the address bar quickly.
4.Try Typing
5.Repeat if #4 lets you type.
