Steps to reproduce:

When I start downloading any file on any site in Firefox all the browser slow down I have to wait a few seconds before interacting with pop up download window.
I have Tested with another Browser that I have installed and the problem not occurs, only in Firefox Browser.

Expected results:

the browser should not slow down
