This bug is about figuring out why we're being initialized twice, sometimes, in the reference browser.

This is probably a bug in the reference browser or a-c components, rather than something with glean, but let's track this.

This is only one crash, never happened again. The API was just changed to not make initialize throw, so this should never happen again.
