Currently SeaMonkey's about:rights points to Mozilla resources for trademarks and should be SeaMonkey Project ones. Also should be updated to reflect the SeaMonkey Association's legal jurisdiction.

Looks good so far, a change is also needed at https://dxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/comm/suite/branding/seamonkey/content/aboutRights.xhtml#42 to point the the SeaMonkey trademark information (https://www.seamonkey-project.org/legal/trademark)

I think we need to assign new names in a follow up patch or bug. Currently translators do not know about the changes in aboutRights.dtd and .properties.
