Currently SeaMonkey's about:rights points to Mozilla resources for trademarks and should be SeaMonkey Project ones. Also should be updated to reflect the SeaMonkey Association's legal jurisdiction.

The changes involve just literals, no XML entities replaced or removed. Patch created from comm-central.

I think we need to assign new names in a follow up patch or bug. Currently translators do not know about the changes in aboutRights.dtd and .properties.
