+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1510574 +++
I don't understand why the fix for bug 1510574 didn't work for 64-bit mochitests, but I see, e.g.:
(64-bit assertion failure from 28 January 2019, well after bug 1510574 landed)

Since this is a debug build it's most likely bug 1510698. That should be fixed soon enough.
