Flip on WebRender dashboard for AMD cards.

Note that there are not that many enabled AMD users (about 60 per branch, vs about 700 per branch for Nvidia), so it'll be hard to draw conclusions from this population in nightly. :[

Some followup work at https://dbc-caf9527b-e073.cloud.databricks.com/#notebook/73655/command/73692 suggests that Normandy enrolment is working fine for this population, but there aren't that many AMD device users on Windows 10 in nightly, and only about a quarter of their devices were enabled by the patch in Bug 1523823.
