Is this still open? Which versions does it affect?

Its scheduled to end on march 20th, affecting 65 only. Its not really a problem from my perspective if users are unenrolled on the 19th due to upgrade to 66, but if this poses a problem for others e.g. relman please let me know and I'll raise the appropriate flags.
