Steps to reproduce:

Trying to download any file.

I use Linux Mint 19.1. Kernel 4.19.12. x86_64 Machine.

Firefox 65.0 (64-bits)

Actual results:

Freezes. Need to close Firefox or takes time to close the download window.

Expected results:

Download the file without freezing.
