Steps to reproduce:

Just try to download a file.

Actual results:

The entire browser goes frozen

Expected results:

Download the file or at least let me close the dialog.

I started in safe mode and the same.

I cleaned the cache and my download history and nothing.

Finally, I just downgrade to Firefox 63.
