at mozilla1.0 party philadelphia
the mouse wheel worked, so i decided to configure control to do zooming.
then i held ctrl and spun the wheel.
eventually i reached 0% zoom, and the widgets (esp buttons) got very large.

Yeah, it starts happening at 3%. There's a wontfixed bug on this, go dupe it.
