Steps to reproduce:
- Open the Firefox Developer Edition
- Navigated to Customize...
- Remove check-mark on "Title bar", Toolbar >> "Menu bar" and "Bookmarks Toolbar"
- Set Theme "Dark" Density "Default" and Saved
- Closed Firefox
- Reopened Firefox
- Navigated to bugzilla site, and right-clicked on the page for context-menu
- Open Account General Preferences page and Click on the DDL
Actual results:
The Context-menu pop-up position is incorrect, and the DDL position is also incorrect.
Expected results:
Context-menu pop-up position should be correct as per the mouse position

Also, which desktop environment do you run - is that Fedora / gnome classic?
