From Bugzilla Helper:

BuildID: Version 1.0.0
If you right click a quick link that is on your Personal toolbar, you can select
"open" or "open in new window". It would be extremely handy to have "open in
new tab" listed (much like right-clicking a link inside the page itself).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a quick link to your Personal Toolbar.
2. Right-click on the newly created button.
Actual Results: You are given the ability to "open" the link in the current
window/tab or to open in a new window.
Expected Results: You should have been given the ability to open in the current
window/tab, open in a new window, _or_ to open in a new tab.
