1525313 - The thumbnails from top sites, bookmarks and history panels are not displayed anymore after accessing "https://m.size.co.uk"

Environment:
Device: Google Pixel 3XL (Android p).
Build: LatestNightly 67.0a1, Beta 66.0b5

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch fennec and access https://m.size.co.uk
2. After the web site is opened scroll on the page
3. Tap on the URL bar in order to reach the top sites, bookmarks and history tabs

Expected result: All thumbnails from top sites, bookmarks and history tabs are displayed correctly.
Actual result: After opening the web page mentioned in str, when returning to top sites, bookmarks and history tabs, thumbnails are not displayed everything is white.

Note: For more details please see the video and logcat
Also, note that I was able to reproduce this issue only with the mentioned website https://m.size.co.uk.
The issue can be by-passed only after closing the tab with https://m.size.co.uk. and restarting fennec.
